CLASS STUDENT CANCELLATION POLICY - ADULT CLASSES
- If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We will issue a full refund as long as we have 7 days notice before the first day of scheduled class.
- If you need to cancel with less than 7 days but more than 48 hours notice, we will issue a credit toward the purchase of another class. The credit must be used within 6 months.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice as not eligible for a refund or a credit. If you miss a class, there are no available make-up classes.
Do you have store hours?
We do not have store hours for shopping. Our studio is only open for scheduled classes to the students enrolled in that class. All fabric & supplies can be purchased through the website. Orders usually ship same day if they are received by 2:00PM ET Monday - Friday. If you are in the local area, you may receive your order as soon as the next day!

Shipping & Returns
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping is $5 flat rate for orders up to $75. All orders over $75 ship free! We work hard to keep these rates extremely competitive.
Can I pickup my order?
For lock box pick up, please use a credit card or debit card at checkout. You can select pickup at checkout. Orders with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Express Checkout, Amazon Pay, or PayPal are not eligible for pick up and will be shipped.How quickly will my order be sent?
We do our best to ship most orders on the same day if they are received by 2:00PM ET Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Sundays or postal holidays. All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours unless we have a question and need to contact you.
How will my order be shipped?
Most items will be sent USPS First Class (3-5 days). On cut fabric, 3 or more yards is usually upgraded to Priority (2-3 days). Priority Shipping Upgrade (2-3 days) is available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
To return custom cut fabric, cording, trim, twill tape or bias tape contact us before mailing. Refunds will not be given on returns without prior approval. A 15% restocking fee applies to returned cut items. The restocking fee is necessary to cover the cost of the return: processing your order, shipping your order, receiving and processing your return, adding return to inventory and because most returns must be resold at a discount. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and original shipping will not be refunded.
Returned fabric or cut trims must be in original condition. This means it must be un-cut, unwashed, smoke/odor-free, unmarked, etc. We take care to ship your items to you unharmed and appreciate you doing the same. Once the return is received and deemed re-sellable, allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed. The returned goods must include a copy of the packing slip, your e-mail address, shipping address and phone number.
If you receive the wrong item, are missing an item, or an item was damaged, please let us know within 72 hours of receiving your package and we will gladly fix the mistake and absorb all shipping costs associated.
We cannot accept returns on any books, patterns, notions, precuts or sale items. These are final sale and may not be returned.
Purchased gift cards are not refundable.
Do you ship internationally?
We can! While we don't have international shipping as an option at checkout, if you let us know what/how much you would like to order, we can provide a custom shipping quote.
What size cuts of fabric do you offer?
Online, the minimum order is 1/2 yard and can be ordered in 1/2 yard increments from there.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, Apple Pay, Paypal, and gift certificates. In-store, we accept cash and checks as well.
Can I order a swatch?
At this time, I do not have swatches available. I do my best to accurately represent each fabric, although there can be some variation among device screens. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will my fabric or trim be cut in continuous lengths?
Yes! All fabric and trim will be cut continuously. If you order 2 yards, you will be sent a continuous piece of fabric that is 2 yards (72" long).
Once placed, can I modify or cancel my order?
Well, maybe. We process orders very quickly. If you contact us before your order is cut, we may be able to modify it. Once cut, orders cannot by modified.
How will I know if my order has been received?
You should receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it is shipped. If you don't see the email and you are concerned, please check your junk folder or contact us at email@example.com.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! In store, we can issue gift cards in any denomination. Online, gift certificates can be purchased here: Gift Cards. They will be delivered to you via email and can be printed out. Either card can be used online or in the shop.
I am paying via PayPal and the quantities in Paypal look different?
Don't worry! PayPal doesn't understand fractional values, like 2.5 yards, so it may look different. It will still show up correctly in your order.
